The Maisey Latch

The Maisey Latch uses a patent-pending channel system instead of a fixed strike plate. The latch striker rides in a vertical channel that allows up to 3 inches of vertical movement — accommodating frost heave, ground settling, and seasonal post shifting without ever losing engagement.
